The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy. Had great amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, fridge, and even free toiletries. Loved the indoor swimming pool and the fitness center. Breakfast was decent, but the overall cleanliness and vibe were top-notch.

Check-in was chaotic. felt like they were fumbling my reservation. Had to wait hours for room cleaning, and the fire alarm went off at 10 PM, causing unnecessary panic with kids and elderly family members. The shower in one of the bathrooms wasn't clean. A noisy bunch of kids made the hotel feel a bit rowdy at times.

i had a great time at tru by hilton! the place was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. it's conveniently close to hershey park, which was perfect for our family trips. i also loved the spacious rooms we had, especially with the two queen beds that were just right for us.
the breakfast options could use a little more variety.
